The Terms of Service for using the Truescreen, Inc. system and services shall incorporate by reference the terms and conditions as set forth in the Services Agreement, agreed to and signed by your organization, for which you are acting on its behalf.

These Terms of Service shall govern access to our services ("Services").

As a user, you will be bound to all the obligations, terms, requirements, and conditions contained in the Agreement. As a user, you agree not to use redacted information or the fact that information is redacted in a screening report or other document in any way, including for any employment purposes. If you have any questions about these obligations, terms, requirements and conditions please ask the appropriate manager at your company to allow you to review the Agreement. You also can contact customer service at Truescreen, Inc. with any questions concerning your obligations under the Agreement.

You will receive a password and account designation upon completing the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify Truescreen, Inc. of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. Truescreen, Inc. cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above requirements or any other obligations on you.

Use of Automated Means (Robots or "Bots") on our Website.

You agree not to access, or attempt to access, or allow any employee, agent or contractor to access or attempt to access any of the Services by any means other than through the interface that is provided by us, or through our agreed-upon integration.

You specifically agree not to access, or attempt to access, or allow any employee, agent or contractor to access or attempt to access any of the Services through any automated means (including, but not limited to, use of scripts, web crawlers or screen scrapers (collectively, "Bots")) unless you have been specifically permitted to do so in a separate, written agreement with us, which you can request from your Account Manager. The written agreement shall set forth the terms and conditions for the use of Bots to access our Services.

We reserve the right to block any attempts to use Bots on our website. Any unauthorized use of Bots to access our Services, including but not limited to the ordering, collection, or storage of our Services may lead to civil penalties and/or criminal prosecution, and you agree to be solely liable for any damages or losses resulting from any such unauthorized use, including any and all fees associated with any orders for our Services.

Except as stated herein, none of the material may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted or transmitted in any form or by any means, including, but not limited to, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, or otherwise, without the prior written permission of Truescreen, Inc. or the copyright owner.
